In any case, I care not very much about awards. But the bear is really neat. And not simply because I have massive amounts of narcotics in me. (Or that I am radioactive, which I am. Very interesting scan today, which netted me a nice little certificate for the authorities explaining why I might set of radiological detectors. Possibly the most interesting piece of paper I have ever had.)

Objectively, a teddy bear with an EU flag shirt and an odd sort of Santa Cap is coool.
